Entry Fees: If pre-registered, $12 for regular, $7 for Jr, Sr, & Hcap. Add $3 for on-site registration.

Donation: Because of the Community Enrichment Center's generosity in letting us use their large
Community Room for our tournament site, please bring 2 or 3 cans of canned food as a donation
to their Food Pantry. The Community Enrichment Center helps low-income people and homeless
families with its Food Pantry and its Adopt-A-Family partnership.

** Note -- Due to the devastation caused by Hurricane Katrina, the WCC has decided to give all profits from this tournament to the Community Enrichment Center. The Community Enrichment Center is also involved with relief efforts for the victims of Katrina and we would like to encourage our members to donate any extra amount beyond their entrance fee as they see fit. We are also waiving the cash prizes for this tournament to increase the donations for this effort. We will however present frameable awards to our winners.

Time Controls: Time limit for all games is Game/60. The TD has the option to shorten the basic time control for time-delay clocks per USCF rule 5Fa.

Schedule: Registration and check-in 8:15-8:45 a.m. 4 Round Swiss.

Rounds: Saturday, September 24th - Round 1 : 9:00AM, Round 2 : 11:00AM, Round 3 : 1:30PM, Round 4 : 3:30PM.

Rating Sections. Open: Open to all players Reserve: Players under 1400 and unrated

Prize Rating Classes: B (1600-1799), C (1400-1599), E & Under (100-1199), and Unrated

Equipment: Bring sets, boards, and clocks. Some sets and boards provided. No clocks provided.
